MISSION
Arssante Advocates is your one stop shop to receive the necessary support to achieve your personal and professional goals and dreams, the consultation and advocacy to bring your concerns to the right audience, and the mentoring to mold young black male leaders passionate about social justice.
As a past international school leader, lecturer, and educator, Arssante has a unique perspective to culturally relevant pedagogy and curricula.
In addition to teaching, Arssante partners with the academic community to
focus on multicultural analysis of literature, culturally relevant literature and pedagogy, create equitable discipline policies and develop long term educational equity.
As an Advocate, Arssante shows up from the board room to the trenches ensuring that the voices of the most marginalized members of community are at the center of the conversation. Arssante uses his experience, expertise, and energy to take your cause to the next level! Literally!

As a Mentor, Arssante shares his life experiences with young males of color in hopes of being the necessary catalyst to help them create consistant positive changes in their lives.
